About Rooted, a UTCH co-op

Rooted offers enrichment and academic classes from a Biblical, Christian worldview for students from first grade through high school and provides a nursery and preschool for families with school-aged children.

Community: It is the desire of this co-op group to provide fellowship opportunities through weekly classes, and outside events. We ask that you come alongside this vision to foster a Christ-centered group seeking to build long-lasting relational connections.

Teamwork: The success of this co-op depends on each family’s contribution and commitment to supporting the community as a whole, as well as the vision and leadership of the co-op. It is necessary to share the workload based on the gifts and talents of each member in a grace filled, spirit led, and flexible manner.

Enrichment: This co-op is not a school. It is designed to enrich rather than replace a family’s education program. We honor the different approaches to each family’s home education and we desire this co-op community to support and encourage one another throughout the cooperative school day.

Education: This co-op will strive to offer a range of academic and elective classes that will meet the needs of the co-op families. We value all classes people are passionate to teach and recognize that our children will thrive under learning from others in their areas of giftedness. We know homeschooling is a lifestyle of learning rather than any particular academic class, so we value all pieces which help our children learn how to succeed, how to honor God in all they do, and how to love others well.
